What is your calling? What is that "thing" that God has called you to do?
I recently read a quote by Frederick Buechner who said "Your calling is where the world’s great need and your great desire intersect.” God has a way of planting in each our hearts the unique mix of gifts, passions, and enough "discontent" to stir each of us toward a calling designed to fulfill His will in us. So what we must do is take the time to reflect in such a way to look at our great Lord, ourselves and our world and ponder what He has called us to do to make a difference. This is a worthwhile search.
